From 2010 to 2016, he managed the processes of debt recovery at Kancelaria Navi Lex (currently, Hoist Polska) as the Director of Restructuring and Bailiff Enforcement Department in charge of debt recovery processes. Since October 2016, a co-founder and Vice-President of Kancelaria SIGNI SA. Since February 2017, the President of the Management Board (CEO).

Tomasz Krawczyk

Graduate of Wrocław University.
From 2010 to 2016, in charge of Legal Collection Department and Back Office Department at Kancelaria Navi Lex (currently, Hoist Polska). Since October 2016, a co-founder, and, at the first stage of development, the President of the Management Board of Kancelaria SIGNI SA; since February 2017, COO Vice-President.

Paweł Pęcherzewski

Graduate of Wrocław University of Technology and Wrocław University of Economics in, respectively: Mathematical statistics and Financial management.
From 2007 to 2011, an employee in Risk and Analysis Department at Ultimo. From 2011 to 2016, he was the Director of Risk and Analysis Department at Kancelaria Navi Lex (currently, Hoist Polska) in charge of, among others, pricing of packages of mass receivables and determining and controlling the strategy of the company. From February 2016 to January 2017, he was the COO responsible for operations and Risk and Analysis Department. Since February 2017, the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company in charge of Risk and Finance.

Bartłomiej Gałka

Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics.
A manager with 15 years of experience in the sales of services in banking, IT and the management of receivables. From 2007 to 2015, Sales Director at ULTIMO and Kancelaria Navi Lex. Later on, from 2015, Head of Sales & Investment at Hoist Polska, in charge of relations with business partners, PR and marketing, product development and investment policy of the company in Poland. Since February 2017, CIO Vice-President at Kancelaria SIGNI SA.
